Following the traditional production of high quality rosé wines in Provence from Mourvedre grapes, this rosé stands out with a light pink salmon pink and onion-skin coloration. The wine has aromas of rose water, strawberries, watermelon, and blackcurrant. It has a crisp, dry mineral finish and is perfect as an afternoon sipper by the Poolside, at a Braai, or with a platter of Charcuterie. Serve chilled, at 7-9°C.
